These Terms govern use of the Pricing Profit website, accounts, electrical pricing application, estimate output, and paid Founding Edition access. “Pricing Profit,” “we,” and “us” refer to Grentu LLC, doing business as Pricing Profit. By creating or using an account after accepting these Terms, you agree to them.
Founding Edition purchase
Pricing Profit Electrical — Founding Edition is offered for the one-time price shown at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription. Paid access belongs to the authenticated business workspace bound to the purchase and may be used by authorized members of that business as supported by the product. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy presented at purchase.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for reasonably accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share credentials in a way that defeats account security.
Business pricing and calculation disclaimer
Pricing Profit is a business pricing, costing, estimating, and decision-support tool. It calculates results from information, assumptions, and settings supplied by the user. Pricing Profit does not determine a universally correct price for any service and does not guarantee that a calculated price will produce a particular profit, margin, customer acceptance, estimate accuracy, or job outcome.
Actual labor, materials, overhead, taxes, permits, job conditions, productivity, callbacks, scope changes, market conditions, and other factors may differ from application assumptions. You remain responsible for reviewing labor and material inputs, permits, taxes, licensing, job conditions, and every estimate and price before presenting it to a customer. Pricing Profit does not provide accounting, tax, legal, electrical-engineering, or electrical-code compliance advice and does not replace professional judgment or safe and lawful work practices.
Customer estimates
Customer documents are generated on the contractor’s behalf from the contractor’s saved estimate. Pricing Profit is not the electrical contractor, is not a party to the contractor/customer agreement, and is not responsible for workmanship, customer payment, scope, pricing, notes, or terms supplied by the contractor.
Historical insights
Pricing Profit may analyze recorded job history to identify trends or recommend reviewing an assumption. Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of entered data, may not capture unusual conditions, and are decision support only. Insights do not automatically change a service or price; user approval is required.
Your data and our intellectual property
You retain ownership or appropriate rights to business data, customer information, estimates, and financial information you enter. You grant Pricing Profit the limited rights needed to host, process, calculate, display, secure, and back up that information to operate the service. Pricing Profit owns or licenses the application software, brand, website content, product design, and generic templates and system materials.
Acceptable use
Do not access another business’s data, bypass security, introduce malware, abuse automated access, use the service for illegal activity, reverse engineer where prohibited and legally enforceable, or resell account access without permission.
Availability and product changes
Pricing Profit is an early-stage product whose features may evolve with customer feedback. We may improve features, correct errors, modify or discontinue functionality, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Paid-user changes remain subject to applicable purchase and refund terms.
Account termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, security threats, or material Terms violations. Termination will not be used arbitrarily to confiscate paid access, and applicable refund obligations remain in effect.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Pricing Profit is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will meet every business need or produce guaranteed savings, profitability, or results. Results depend substantially on user inputs and decisions. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pricing Profit and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, customer disputes, or losses resulting from incorrect inputs or pricing decisions. Any direct aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
